Due to its growth, Found & Baker is looking for a motivated management assistant in Bruges. Would you like to work in a close-knit team of dynamic colleagues? Will you be the next "Baker" in the F&B family, where innovation, dynamics and proactivity are essential?

As a management assistant, you will be the right-hand man/woman of the director/founder. Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the communication between the offices (Bruges - Ghent - Brussels)
• taking care of the first contact with suppliers
• managing the internal accounting
• organisation of the planning / diary
• drawing up contracts

You have a feeling for finishing and design. You are driven, result oriented, discrete and radiate confidence by nature. Your tasks include prospecting, letting and selling exclusive real estate. Following up existing files and continuously identifying new opportunities is in your DNA. Just like giving valid and applicable advice.

• You have a minimum of experience in real estate. Exclusive real estate is a plus.
• Having your own BIV/IPI number is a great asset.
• You are result-oriented.
• You are a real team player.
• You have our Found & Baker skills: convincing, sophisticated, eager to learn and social. These skills allow you to build a lasting relationship with the client.
• Combining different clients and cases does not scare you and you guide your network to find their dream house/renovation project.
• You ensure an excellent customer experience and guide customers from start to finish.
• You have no 9-to-5 mentality and working on Saturdays is a must.
