‘A deeply human connection with our clients forms the basis of every collaboration and every case.’
Sales Director Anthony Hermans joined the Found & Baker family in August. Together with Jérôme De Nil, Director of Found & Baker Brussels, he is giving our Brussels activities a well-considered boost. Anthony builds on fifteen years of real estate experience and in-depth knowledge of the Brussels market. Driven by customer focus, an eye for quality and an impeccable sense of detail, he is ready to help you realise your real estate ambitions.
Genuine human connection
The switch to Found & Baker was a logical next step in Anthony's real estate career. "After five years at Victoire-Junot, the time was right for a new challenge. Found & Baker's philosophy reflects who I am and what I want to mean to my clients,‘ he says. ’With its way of working, know-how, commitment to quality and professionalism, Found & Baker sets the standard for a refined real estate experience in Brussels. The positive mindset, the team and the people-oriented vision make all the difference. We cultivate a genuine human connection so that you feel at home from the very first contact. Each file contains a unique story, which forms the core of our collaboration. Every client is different. This requires a tailored approach in which we listen to your specific needs and pay attention to every detail of your life. Personally, I get a lot of energy from my clients' stories and experiences. This allows me to get to know and understand them better and to search more specifically for the right property or buyer."
New momentum for Brussels
Although we have been active in Brussels for a number of years, we have mainly focused on the Brussels Periphery until now. With Anthony's arrival, we are boosting our presence in the Brussels-Capital Region. ‘The potential in Brussels is particularly high,’ Anthony agrees. "With a wide range of events, activities and parks, the capital has a lot to offer in social, cultural and economic terms. The international character of the city creates an authentic atmosphere and makes it a pleasant place to live. At the same time, Brussels retains its small-scale mentality thanks to its many neighbourhoods, each with its own identity. This is the unique appeal of Brussels as a cosmopolitan home and explains why Brussels residents are so proud of their city and why foreigners enjoy living there."
Cross-pollination between offices
The Brussels landscape is constantly evolving and requires specific expertise. We strive to distinguish ourselves from other players through the synergies between our offices and the in-depth experience of all our teams. ‘We draw on an extensive network within Brussels and far beyond. This enables us to find hidden gems that meet the needs of our clients,’ explains Anthony. ‘Whether you want to sell or buy property, as your own home or as an investment, we always follow your journey personally and advise you on your choices. The multilingualism of our Brussels office is an additional asset. By guiding clients in their mother tongue, we create a closer bond of trust.’
Complementary competences
In his role as sales director for the Brussels office, Anthony works closely with director Jérôme De Nil. By combining their vision on real estate, their years of expertise and their unique approach, they are taking Found & Baker Brussels to the next level. ‘We are absolutely complementary to each other,’ explains Jérôme. ‘The Found & Baker DNA is at the core of my professional identity. Anthony brings a strong network and remarkable Brussels expertise. The interaction between us translates into a powerful dynamic that deepens the experience of both our team and our clients.’
‘I am proud to be part of the Found & Baker family and I am very much looking forward to expanding our presence in Brussels,’ concludes Anthony. ‘Brussels is home to a wealth of prestigious and characterful properties that we are delighted to present to you. You are very welcome to visit our office in Ixelles.’
