A new home in Antwerp’s Zuid District
In February 2026, Found & Baker opened a new office in Antwerp’s Zuid district, just steps away from the KMSKA. With this new location, we strengthen our local presence in Antwerp and are now represented in every Flemish province.
The opening of our Antwerp office marks a natural next step in our growth story. The province has long been on our map: our team knows the local neighbourhoods and their dynamics from within. What was still missing was a physical base. That is now a reality at 49 Graaf van Egmontstraat, an ideal setting to welcome owners and buyers in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
The Antwerp office is led by Sarah Feys, who has been contributing to our success since 2017. Her market expertise and strong engagement within our network form a natural foundation for this new chapter.
