Reflecting The Good Life
An evening full of stories, flavours and insights at Gravensteen Castle, Ghent.
On Thursday 23 October, a select group gathered at the enchanting Gravensteen in Ghent. Not for a standard event, but for an evening that invited them to slow down, listen and taste. An evening to reflect on The Good Life.
What does the good life mean today? Where do we find beauty, meaning and inspiration in our daily lives?
Architecture, gastronomy and the art of living
In the unique setting of the medieval castle, architecture, gastronomy and the art of living flowed seamlessly into one another. During an interactive seated dinner, guests shared stories and insights about craftsmanship, creation and quality of life.
The evening was carried by inspiring voices:
- Thomas Ostyn – Obumex
- Charlotte Crul – Top-sommelier
- Celine Roelens – Jewellery designer
Together, they explored how different sectors intersect in their search for beauty, authenticity and meaning. The conversations at the table went beyond design, taste or form. They were about life itself, about reflection, connection and enjoying the moment.
Reflecting The Good Life was not an end point, but a starting point: an invitation to reflect on what really matters and to let that flow into how we live, work, create and come together.
